Tapping the Vein is a Philadelphia based dark rock band. Here is one listener's description of our music: "Angst-ridden vocals, ominous guitars,
freefalling synth sounds, and a tight, fluid rhythm section all
coalesce into charged tunes which trade-off between heavy choruses
and spatial verses. The quartet's vocalist Heather, guitarist
Mark, bassist Joe, and drummer/ keyboardist/ programmer Eric
find a beneficial common ground between electronica and rock
which hints at the future genesis of the two genres in the darkwave
