in wild abandon
________________
he lives where golden daisies
blow
and lilies waft and silvergrass
grows in wild abandon
and just as he bids them
flow
and flourish well and blossom
he bids them blow in sunset wind
and grow, in wild abandon
he knows just where the
goldfinch hides
and where the gentle sparrow flies
he knows just how the northstar shines
and how the clouds bear rain
and how the sun will rise, again
he flourishes in wave and
spray
in roaring surf and tidal pool
and on the sea, he wafts away
and floats in wild abandon
he bids the tide to ebb
and flow
he bids the golden daisy blow
and as they waft and shine
and flow, in sunset wind
he lives in wild abandon
