THE TECHNICAL PART

Documentation: I will ask you to bring me proof of age to keep on file. You must be over 18 or be accompanied by your parent or legal guardian.

Model Release: You will be asked to sign an industry standard model release before the shoot begins.

My Usage: Work for hire sessions and the images produced during these sessions do not get published unless otherwise arranged. However I require full access to my personal work.

Your Usage: Models I photograph are encouraged to show the photos in there portfolios however no other rights to public usage are allowed. All negatives, photographs and the copyrights are property of Cyril Place. All usage must first be discussed with Cyril Place and permission must be granted.

Prints: You will receive copies of whatever is printed from this session. Most people can expect two to five 8x10 prints from these sessions, as long as valid contact information is provided. You will be informed if the work is used publicly.

Publication: These images could be used for many different purposes including business portfolios, magazines, websites, or in exhibits. New outlets for my work are always coming up and there's no predicting where I may find application for the work in the coming years.
