3.  Describe a typical workday.  When do you find the time to eat and sleep? a typical workday?

I get to the factory between 10 and 11, try to get some work done while I oversee the machinery that creates the product, that is, my wonderful work force. I do a lot of everything all day long, and when nighttime comes, and everybody is gone, that is when I can create. In the past I have worked nonstop, sometimes right through the night if I'd had to. I've done a lot of work. I used to be miserable if I wasn't working. This went on for years. This is what brought me here. I try to keep that frame of mind just outside the door, because if i need it, it should be there. Though still obsessed, I'm finding a little more time to expand into other realms.
